LETTINGS UPDATE!

What a week!  Kim our letting manager is enjoying a well deserved two week break away and Rachel our property Manager has stepped up to deal with almost everything!  This week she has agreed new lets on a bungalow in Oakdale plus we have had block viewings on a 2 bedroom house, two one bedroom flats, two x two bedroom flats and a four bedroom house … ALL let agreed . Well done Rachel for running around conducting around 30 viewings over the past four days as well as appraising some potential new lets (watch this space) Now the work continues with application forms, full referencing using #vouch  plus ensuring the properties are clean, compliant and tenancy agreements are prepped. Then there are the full Inventory and condition reports carried out by the lovely team at #SCINVENTORIES Busy Busy days!
